Young Adults
The Young Adult department is divided into three groups. One Class (Newlun) is designed for early married couples
who primarily have no children or nursery aged children.
The students in this class learn how to grow in their faith,
become parents of children who love God, and have a solid
foundation of support. Class members enjoy numerous
outside activities which help them to develop friendships.
This class meets in the Zaffke Building, first room on the left.
Members of the second class (Ward) generally have elementary
aged children. Most couples in the class are in their mid to
late thirties. Like the first class, they enjoy lively discussions
of real - life issues during class, as well as building relationships
through outside activities. The class meets in the Zaffke Building.
The third class (Adult 3 Moore) in the Young Adult department is mostly
couples and singles in their mid-thirties to mid-forties. Most have
children in the pre-teens or teens, some older. These class
members are approaching new challenges in life with their own
personal relationships or within their family structure. God’s
word is brought into focus during candid class discussions.
They have fun celebrating God’s love, too, with social functions
and beyond class friendships. This class meets each Sunday in
the Educational Building, across from the red coffee room.
